Announcement of issuance of new shares allocated to a third party

 

 

 

We announce that the LIPAC Board of Directors held on September 20, 2023 has decided to issue new shares by allocating to a third party as follows.

 

 

1. Type and number of new shares: 77,543 registered redeemable convertible preferred shares

2. Issuance price of new shares: ￦ 32,240 (face value of one share ￦ 500)

3. Payment due date of new shares: October 13, 2023

4. How to acquire new stocks: New stocks are allocated to a third party in accordance with Article 418 of the Commercial Act and Article 10 (2) of the Articles of Incorporation.

2023년 9월 20일 개최한 주식회사 라이팩 이사회에서 아래와 같이 제3자 배정 방법으로 신주발행을 결의하였음을 공고합니다.

 

 

1. 신주의 종류와 수 : 3종상환전환우선주식 77,543주

2. 신주의 발행가액 : 금 32,240원 (1주의 금액 금 500원)

3. 신주의 납입기일 : 2023년 10월 13일

4. 신주의 인수방법 : 상법 제418조 및 정관 제10조 제2항 규정에 의거 신주를 제3자에게 배정한다.
